Morning Workout With Earth Works Coffee

Have you tried your morning workout with Earth Works Coffee? Sometimes, between feeling uninspired and lacking energy at the same time, I have to trick myself into the workout routine. Have you ever done that? I do it on a regular basis because, honestly, it can feel like those workouts are a waste of time.

Don’t scream at me right here; I know it isn’t a waste of time, but there are other things I’d rather be doing. That’s why I start my morning workout with Earth Works Coffee. Of course I’d rather be drinking Earth Works Coffee, so my routine starts with a cup of steaming hot single origin from Peru (The Venture) or our single origin from Ethiopia (The Strength), although I do change my favorites from time to time.

I’ll share my little workout secret with you because it’s just that great. You’ll want to try it.

You have to get that Earth Works Coffee down first- this is key!

Then, thinking how awesome it is to just lie in the floor, just do it; it’s part of the trick. You’re telling your brain that you’re just resting, but you grab your hand weights and get your arms moving. By the end of this first exercise, you’ve gotten that blood pumping a bit. I continue upper body workout in my comfy position. 
Don’t laugh too hard- who doesn’t like being cozy?!

I won’t bore you with the details of my routine. You get the idea. Just start out with your easiest moves and slowly build up to the more strenuous ones that make you dread the workout to begin with.

Now, that wasn’t so bad, was it? You can’t beat a morning workout with Earth Works Coffee. You feel great when this workout is done. Your blood is pumping and sending loads of oxygen to your brain, and giving you the energy you need to get those daily tasks done.
